The terms that apply to quotes, bookings, and scaffolding hire with YD Scaffolding.

By accessing this website and engaging YD Scaffolding for scaffolding services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information supplied at the time of request. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope, or project requirements change after quoting. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
Booking dates are confirmed once a deposit or written acceptance is received. While we make every effort to meet agreed timeframes, delays caused by weather, site access, or factors outside our control may affect schedules. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area and for advising us of any hazards, restrictions, or existing structures before work begins. Any additional work required due to undisclosed site conditions may incur extra charges.
Payment terms are specified on each invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept payment via the methods listed on your invoice.
Scaffolding hire periods are agreed at the time of booking. Extensions beyond the agreed period will be charged at the applicable weekly rate. Equipment remains the property of YD Scaffolding and must be returned in the condition it was supplied, fair wear and tear excepted.
YD Scaffolding holds current public liability and workers compensation insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from factors outside our reasonable control, including misuse of equipment, unauthorised alterations, or third-party actions.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled booking may incur a fee to cover mobilised labour and equipment costs.
